What happens after the 6-month trial?
After 6 months, you continue with a free monthly quota for session recordings, error tracking, user journeys, and form analytics. You can upgrade to a paid Pro license for unlimited access, or keep using the free quota.
Can I use this on multiple sites?
Each site requires its own registration. Simply visit this page again from each WordPress admin panel to register additional sites. Each site gets its own 6-month trial.
Do I need to uninstall the free version?
No. The Pro plugin works alongside the free Opti-Behavior plugin. Keep the free version active — the Pro plugin adds the premium features on top of it.
Will this slow down my website?
Not at all. Opti-Behavior Pro uses a Hybrid Storage engine that writes events to optimized files instead of your database. The tracking script is only ~15KB and loads asynchronously. Events are batch-processed and pre-aggregated. Zero impact on your Core Web Vitals or page speed scores.
Is my data stored on your servers?
No. All analytics data (heatmaps, recordings, errors, journeys, forms) is stored on YOUR WordPress server. We never collect or have access to your visitors’ data. The only data we store is your site registration info for license validation.
