Your data

Controller: EI (OptiUser), entrepreneur individuel (micro-entreprise), SIREN 907 746 382, 16 rue de Concarneau, 29200 Brest, France - contact@optiuser.com. Full seller identity: Terms of Service, section 1 (https://optiuser.com/terms-of-service/). What we keep: your e-mail, your name and your site address. Why: to create your account, your trial licence, send the licence e-mail and the trial-end reminders.

We keep your name, email address, site domain and licence key for as long as your trial is active, then for 12 months after it ends to handle support, disputes and our legal obligations. If you buy a licence, the retention of your licence and invoices applies instead (see the Privacy Policy). If you agree to hear from us, we keep a record of your consent (date, email address and the wording you accepted) while you remain subscribed, then for 5 years after you withdraw it or after your last activity with us, only to be able to prove it.
