In these terms, “we” means this publisher. “You” means the person or company that uses the plugin or buys a licence.

The Refund Policy is part of these terms.
The Free plugin is distributed on WordPress.org under the GPL licence. You can use it without paying and without a time limit.
You start the trial from the Free plugin. No card is needed. The length of the trial is the one shown on the pricing page when you start it. When the trial ends:
A trial does not turn into a paid licence on its own.
A paid licence lasts one year from the purchase. Before the end of the term, we send you a reminder by e-mail. When the licence expires:
You can renew at the price shown on the pricing page at the time of renewal.
If you buy as a consumer, you have 14 days from the day of purchase to withdraw from the contract, without giving a reason (Article L.221-18, French Consumer Code). To withdraw, send us a clear statement by e-mail to contact@optiuser.com. You may use the model form in the Refund Policy. We refund you within 14 days of receiving it, with the same payment method, and the licence is deactivated.
Exception: you lose this right if, at checkout, you expressly asked for immediate access to Pro and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once access starts (Article L.221-28 13°). In that case, we confirm your choice in the order confirmation e-mail.
The refund window (section 8) applies in all cases.
Refund window: 30 days from the first Pro activation on your site, trial days included. The details are in the Refund Policy. This window does not reduce your legal rights.
An active paid licence includes Pro updates and support during its term, at the level described for your plan on the pricing page.

It does not cover custom development, server administration or debugging other plugins.
The Pro licence (including the free trial) requires a daily licence check described in our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how we use these data.
A paid licence gives you the right to use Pro on the number of sites of your plan, during its term. You do not become the owner of the software, the brands or the content of optiuser.com.

If you break these rules, we may suspend the licence after telling you why by e-mail.
As a consumer, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (Articles L.224-25-1 and following, French Consumer Code). For a licence supplied over a period, it covers defects that appear during that period. You can ask us to fix the problem. If we cannot, you can get a price reduction or end the contract.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to a purchase is the one you accepted at checkout. It is also the one sent in your order confirmation.
Send any complaint to contact@optiuser.com. We answer as fast as we can. These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country. For business customers, the courts of Brest, France, have jurisdiction.
