Do you charge by session, pageview, or recording?
No. Opti-Behavior is self-hosted, so your pricing is based on the plan and site count, not visitor volume.
Can I use Free without paying?
Yes. Free includes the core dashboard, click heatmaps, funnels, A/B testing, Smart Insights core recommendations, email reports, and unlimited sessions.
What happens after the Pro trial?
The trial lasts 6 months and starts from the free plugin without a card. When it ends, the free plugin keeps working, the data already collected stays on your server and new session recordings stop. You can buy Pro at €89/year and enter your license key in Opti-Behavior → Settings → License & Quota, or continue using Free.
Are Business and Agency yearly renewals?
Yes. They are annual licenses for 5 and 10 sites. Early customers get the founding annual price.
Can I use this for client sites?
Yes. Business and Agency are designed for freelancers and agencies managing client analytics while keeping each client’s behavior data self-hosted.
Do I need to share visitor data with OptiUser?
No. Analytics data stays on your WordPress server. Support may ask for diagnostics only if you choose to share them.
