When you contact Opti-Behavior support, including the right diagnostic information up front leads to a much faster resolution. This article explains what to gather and how to reach the team.
What to include in your request #
- A clear description of the problem and the exact steps to reproduce it.
- The page URL where the issue happens and a screenshot of what you see.
- Your environment: WordPress version, PHP version, active theme, and whether it is Multisite.
- The plugin versions (Free and, if applicable, Pro).
- Debug logs when the issue is technical; see Debug and logging.
Steps to gather debug logs #
- Go to WP Admin → Opti-Behavior → Settings → Debug & Logging.
- Enable debug logging, then reproduce the problem on the front end.
- Return to the Debug & Logging screen and copy or download the log.
- Attach the log to your support request, then disable debug logging afterwards.
How to reach support #
- Open the support/contact page at optiuser.com.
- Pro customers should mention their license so the team can confirm entitlement; see managing your license.
Expected result #
Your ticket contains enough detail for support to reproduce the issue without a long back-and-forth.
FAQ #
Do I need to send logs every time? #
Only for technical issues. For questions about how a feature works, a description is enough.
Should I leave debug logging on? #
No. Enable it to capture the issue, then turn it off to avoid unnecessary log growth.
