Steps #

1. Go to WP Admin ? Opti-Behavior ? Funnels.
2. Click to create a new funnel and give it a name.
3. Add the first step: a name (e.g. Landing Page) and a URL pattern with a match type.
4. Add each following step in order (e.g. Cart, Checkout, Thank You).
5. Save the funnel.

Expected result #

The saved funnel appears in the list and starts reporting drop-off once matching sessions are recorded.

Troubleshooting #

• Zero conversions – check the match type; an exact rule must match the full URL.
