Opti-Behavior can email you analytics summaries on a schedule so you do not have to log in to check performance. This article covers setup. Go to WP Admin → Opti-Behavior → Settings → Scheduled Reports.

Choose a schedule #

1. Open the Scheduled Reports tab.
2. Choose a frequency: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
3. Set the recipient address.
4. Click Save Changes.

Custom SMTP (optional) #

If your site does not send email reliably through WordPress, enable Custom SMTP and enter your SMTP Host and credentials so reports deliver consistently.

Expected result #

Reports arrive on the schedule you chose, and delivery history is recorded.

Troubleshooting #

• Reports not arriving: configure Custom SMTP, and check spam folders.
• Wrong timing: reports follow your site’s WordPress timezone and cron schedule.

Can I send to more than one person? #

Set the recipient on the Scheduled Reports tab; forward or use a shared mailbox for teams.
