By default, deleting Opti-Behavior keeps your data, so you can reinstall later without losing history. To remove everything, turn on the uninstall option first.
Deactivate, delete or reset? #

Remove everything #
- Go to Settings → Danger Zone → Uninstall.
- Tick Delete all data and tables on plugin uninstall and save.
- If you use Pro, deactivate and delete Opti-Behavior Pro first.
- Deactivate and delete Opti-Behavior in Plugins.
Pro’s own uninstall removes only Pro options, licence data and Pro schedules; shared data belongs to the free plugin and is removed with it when the option above is on.
Expected result #
With the option on, no Opti-Behavior table, option or data folder remains. With the option off, reinstalling brings your history back.
FAQ #
I deleted the plugin and want my data back. #
Reinstall it: if the uninstall option was off, all data is still there.
Does deactivation remove the consent cookies of my visitors? #
No, cookies stay in visitors’ browsers until they expire.
