Business and Agency plans cover multiple site activations, which suits agencies running Opti-Behavior Pro across client sites. This article explains how to manage those activations.
How activations count #
Each site where you activate the license uses one activation from your plan’s total. The License & Quota tab on each site shows the shared status.
Activate on a client site #
- Install the free plugin, then Opti-Behavior Pro, on the client site.
- Go to WP Admin → Opti-Behavior → Settings → License & Quota.
- Enter the same license key and activate.
Expected result #
Each client site shows Pro as active, and your activation count increases by one per site.
Troubleshooting #
- Out of activations: deactivate a retired site or upgrade the plan.

Can each client keep their own data? #
Yes. Every site stores its own analytics data locally; nothing is shared between sites.
