Numbers tell you where visitors drop off; recordings show you why. With Pro you can jump from a funnel step to recordings of the sessions that abandoned there. This article explains it.

Steps #

1. Go to WP Admin ? Opti-Behavior ? Funnels and open a funnel.
2. Find the step with high drop-off.
3. Use the link to view session recordings of visitors who dropped at that step.
4. Watch the sessions to spot friction, confusion, or errors.

Expected result #

You watch real sessions of the visitors who abandoned, revealing the cause of the drop-off.

What if no recordings appear? #

Session Recordings must be enabled and have captured matching sessions.
