Install #
- WP Admin → Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin.
- Choose the Pro ZIP, Install Now, then Activate.
Activate the licence #
- Opti-Behavior → Settings → License & Quota.
- Enter the key and activate.
Keep Free and Pro on the same version: update both when a new version is available.
Check the installation #
- The menu shows Recordings, User Journeys, Errors Tracking and Forms without a PRO badge.
- Heatmaps show the Move, Attention and Scroll tabs.
- Smart Insights shows the Page X-Ray tab unlocked.
- How it works → Setup check is green (the Pro trackers load).
Troubleshooting #
- Licence key rejected – check the key and your activation limit.
- Pro pages still locked – License & Quota → Repair / Validate; your server must reach optiuser.com over HTTPS.
- Versions differ – update Free and Pro to matching versions.
Expected result #
License & Quota shows your plan as active and every Pro module is in the menu.
FAQ #
I started the trial – do I upload a ZIP? #
It depends on your Opti-Behavior version. Either the trial installs Pro for you, or you download the Pro ZIP from the “Your Pro trial is ready” screen and upload it here (Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin), then activate it. If you buy a licence after the trial, enter its key in Settings → License & Quota: Pro is already installed.
