How a funnel works #
You define ordered steps, each matched by a URL rule. Opti-Behavior counts how many sessions reach each step in order.
How drop-off is calculated #
- The first step sets the starting population of sessions.
- Each later step shows how many of those sessions continued to it.
- Drop-off is the percentage lost between one step and the next.
Expected result #
The funnel chart shows the biggest drop-off step, your best place to focus optimization.
