Once you find a useful session you can keep it, share it, export it, or remove it. This article covers each action.

Actions on a recording #
- Favorite — flags a session so it is easy to return to.
- Mark as watched — records that you have reviewed it.
- Share — copies a direct link to the session; anyone with WordPress admin access on your site can open it.
- Download — exports the recording data from the player.
- Delete — permanently removes the recording and its files.
Bulk delete #
- Select rows with the row checkboxes.
- Click Bulk delete.
- Confirm. Deletion removes both the database record and the stored replay files.
Expected result #
Shared links open the exact session; deleted recordings disappear from the list and free storage.
Troubleshooting #
- Share link shows nothing: the recipient must be logged in to your WordPress admin.
- Storage did not drop after delete: run orphaned file cleanup in Session Recordings settings.

Yes, use the date filters plus bulk delete, or the Danger Zone for large cleanups.
