Actions on a recording #

• Favorite — flags a session so it is easy to return to.
• Mark as watched — records that you have reviewed it.
• Share — copies a direct link to the session; anyone with WordPress admin access on your site can open it.
• Download — exports the recording data from the player.
• Delete — permanently removes the recording and its files.

Bulk delete #

1. Select rows with the row checkboxes.
2. Click Bulk delete.
3. Confirm. Deletion removes both the database record and the stored replay files.

Expected result #

Shared links open the exact session; deleted recordings disappear from the list and free storage.

Troubleshooting #

• Share link shows nothing: the recipient must be logged in to your WordPress admin.
• Storage did not drop after delete: run orphaned file cleanup in Session Recordings settings.

Can I bulk delete by date? #

Yes, use the date filters plus bulk delete, or the Danger Zone for large cleanups.
