Filters let you compare how different segments move through a funnel. This article lists them.

Available filters #

• Date range – the reporting window.
• Device – desktop, mobile, or all.
• Country – visitor location.
• Referrer – traffic source.

Steps #

1. Open a funnel in WP Admin ? Opti-Behavior ? Funnels.
2. Set the filters above the funnel chart.
3. The drop-off recalculates for the selected segment.

Expected result #

You can see, for example, that mobile visitors drop off at checkout more than desktop.
