Form Analytics KPI cards row showing Form Views, Submissions, Conversion Rate, Average Completion Time and Abandonments

The KPIs #

KPI Meaning
Form Views Times the form was seen by visitors
Submissions Completed, successfully submitted forms
Conversion Rate Submissions divided by form views
Avg Completion Time Average time from first interaction to submit
Abandonments Sessions that interacted but did not submit

The dashboard also lists Top Forms by Conversion Rate so you can see best and worst performers at a glance.

Expected result #

You can compare forms and spot low conversion rate or long completion time before drilling into fields.

FAQ #

Why is conversion rate above 100% impossible but abandonments high? #

Abandonments count sessions that started but never submitted; a form can have many views, few submissions, and many abandonments.
