Insights move through a simple status workflow so you can track what you have handled. This article explains it.
The three statuses #
- Open – newly surfaced and not yet looked at.
- Reviewed – you have examined it and are deciding or acting.
- Resolved – the issue is addressed or dismissed.
Steps #
- Go to WP Admin ? Opti-Behavior ? Insights.
- Open an insight and set its status as you work through it.
Expected result #
Your Insights list reflects progress, keeping resolved items out of your active view.

Can I reopen a resolved insight? #
Yes. Change its status back if the issue returns.
