Traffic classification settings

< 1 min read

Opti-Behavior classifies incoming traffic as human, bot, or spam so your reports reflect real visitors. You can extend the built-in detection with your own rules. Go to WP Admin → Opti-Behavior → Settings → Traffic & Behavior.

Built-in detection #

Opti-Behavior ships with bot-detection patterns that catch common crawlers and known bad actors automatically. These run without configuration.

Custom rules #

  1. Open the Traffic & Behavior tab.
  2. Add custom bot user-agent patterns to flag additional crawlers as bots.
  3. Configure spam-filtering rules to exclude junk traffic.
  4. Click Save Changes.
