Free filters #

• URL – the page to view.
• Device – desktop or mobile.
• Date range – the capture window.

Pro filters #

Pro feature. This capability requires Opti-Behavior Pro. Start the 6-month free trial to unlock it.

• Country, Browser, and Visitor type (new vs returning).

Steps #

1. Open a heatmap in WP Admin ? Opti-Behavior ? Heatmaps.
2. Set the filters at the top of the view.
3. The overlay updates to match the selected segment.

Expected result #

The heatmap reflects only sessions matching your filters.

FAQ #

Why is a filter greyed out? #

Country, browser, and visitor-type filters require Opti-Behavior Pro.
