The Danger Zone groups Opti-Behavior’s data-removal tools. Actions here permanently delete analytics data, so use them carefully. Go to WP Admin → Opti-Behavior → Settings → Danger Zone.

Available tools #

• Full reset / delete all: permanently removes all collected analytics data.
• Delete by date range: removes data between two dates.
• Smart cleanup: deletes data matching conditions grouped into Time-Based, Quality-Based, and Visitor-Behavior rules.
• Bot & Spam Cleanup: removes traffic classified as bot or spam.
• Scheduled auto-cleanup: runs cleanup automatically on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule.
• Cleanup history: shows a log of past cleanup runs.

How to delete by date range #

1. Open the Danger Zone tab and the date-range section.
2. Pick a start and end date.
3. Confirm the deletion.

Expected result #

Only the data you targeted is removed, and the action is recorded in cleanup history.

Troubleshooting #

• Cleanup left rows behind: large deletions may run in batches across scheduled passes.

FAQ #

Can I undo a delete? #

No. Deletions are permanent. Back up first if unsure.
