When something is not working, Opti-Behavior’s debug logging captures diagnostic details you can share with support. This article shows how to enable it. Go to WP Admin → Opti-Behavior → Settings → Debug & Logging.
Enable logging #
- Open the Debug & Logging tab.
- Turn on debug logging and choose a log level (for example, Debug (All Messages) for maximum detail).
- Click Save Changes.
Sharing logs with support #
Reproduce the issue with logging enabled, then copy the captured log and include it when you contact support, along with your environment details.
Expected result #
The log records plugin activity that helps identify the cause of an issue.
Troubleshooting #
- Log is empty: confirm logging is enabled and reproduce the issue again.
- Remember to disable: turn logging off once resolved to avoid unnecessary writes.
