Metrics tell you which field loses submissions; recordings show you why. Form Analytics links into Session Recordings so you can watch real form sessions.

• Session Recordings enabled

Steps #

1. Go to Opti-Behavior → Forms and select a form.
2. Open the individual submissions or field detail.
3. Use the link to the matching session recording to replay that visitor’s session.
4. Compare a submitted session with an abandoned one to see the difference in behaviour.

Expected result #

You can watch a visitor reach the problem field, hesitate, and leave — confirming what the metrics implied. Field values stay masked in the replay.

Troubleshooting #

• No recording link: recordings must be enabled and the session must have been recorded.

Will I see the data the visitor entered? #

No. Recordings mask all field values; you see behaviour, not content.
