Every tracked error carries a status so your team can see what is new, being worked on, or done. This article explains the workflow.
Requirements #
- Plan: Opti-Behavior Pro
The statuses #
- Open — newly detected, not yet triaged.
- Investigating — someone is working on it.
- Resolved — fixed; kept for reference.
- Ignored — known and intentionally not actioned (e.g., third-party noise).
Steps #
- Go to Opti-Behavior → Errors Tracking → JS Errors (or Friction Events).
- Open an error and change its Status.
- Use the status filter to focus on Open items during triage.
Expected result #
Your error list stays clean: new problems stand out, and resolved or ignored items are filtered away.
FAQ #
Does resolving an error delete it? #
No. It is kept with a Resolved status so recurrences are easy to spot.
