The field drop-off funnel shows how many visitors reach and leave each field, so you can pinpoint the field that causes abandonment.

Steps #
- Go to Opti-Behavior → Forms and select a form.
- Open the Field Drop-off Funnel section.
- Read the funnel top to bottom: each bar is a field, and the drop between bars is the share of visitors who stopped there.
- Find the largest single drop — that is the field to fix first.
How to read it #
- Big drop on an early field often means it is confusing or feels intrusive.
- Big drop on a required field may mean the input is hard (e.g., strict phone format).
Expected result #
You can name the exact field losing the most submissions and prioritise a fix.

Does this show what people typed? #
No. It measures reach and abandonment per field, never the values entered.
