Funnels are easy to adjust. This article covers reordering, editing, and deleting steps.

Steps #

1. Go to WP Admin → Opti-Behavior → Funnels and open the funnel.
2. Reorder — drag a step to change its position in the sequence.
3. Edit — change a step’s name, URL pattern, or match type.
4. Delete — remove a step you no longer need.
5. Save the funnel to apply changes.

Expected result #

The funnel recalculates drop-off against the updated step order.

Will editing a step lose past data? #

Reporting reflects the current step definitions; changing a rule changes which sessions match.
