The recordings list is where you scan, filter, and open sessions. This article explains what each column and control means.

Requirements #

  • Plan: Opti-Behavior Pro
  • At least one recorded session

Opening the list #

Go to WP Admin → Opti-Behavior → Recordings. Each row is one session. Use the view toggle to switch between the card list view and the compact table view.

Session recordings table with columns for recording ID and date, duration, visitor activity, visited pages, visitor type, referrer, visitor data icons and row actions

Row information #

  • Session / Recording ID — the unique identifier, used in filters and share links
  • Duration — total session length
  • Pages — number of pages viewed in the session; expand to see the per-page timeline
  • Events / Clicks — interaction counts recorded in the session
  • Device, Browser, OS, Country — visitor attributes
  • Entry / Exit page — where the session started and ended
  • Watched status — whether you have already viewed the recording

Row actions #

  • Play — opens the session player
  • More — favorite, mark watched, download, share, and delete
  • Checkbox — select rows for bulk delete

Grouped by page #

Switch to the page-grouped view to see recordings collected under each URL, with recording count, total and average duration, and last recorded time. See Recordings grouped by page.

Expected result #

You can identify and open the exact session you need without playing every recording.

FAQ #

What does the watched status do? #

It marks sessions you have already reviewed so you can filter them out with the Watched Status filter.
