Bulk and automatic deletion #
- Recordings expire automatically with the heavy-files retention (90 days by default).
- Delete all recordings: Settings → Danger Zone → Full Reset → Recordings.
- Delete a period: Danger Zone → Date Range.
Team routine #
- Split the week’s recordings with the Not watched filter; each person marks what they watched.
- Paste the copied link in your task tool when a recording shows a bug.
- Download a recording only for support or an audit, then delete the file.
Expected result #
Your list reflects what was reviewed, and old recordings disappear on their own.
FAQ #
Can a visitor ask to delete their recording? #
In Full Tracking, delete the visit’s recording or the period; in Anonymous Mode recordings are not linked to a person.
Does a shared link work for non-admins? #
No, only for users who can view recordings.
