Steps #
- Go to WP Admin ? Opti-Behavior ? Funnels and open a funnel.
- Find the step with high drop-off.
- Use the link to view session recordings of visitors who dropped at that step.
- Watch the sessions to spot friction, confusion, or errors.
Expected result #
You watch real sessions of the visitors who abandoned, revealing the cause of the drop-off.
